Programs are tailored to meet specific needs in areas of speed, strength, and conditioning. Meet Coach Wood
Brandon Wood, Founder and Operator of Elevate Team Training brings over 16 years of TEAM TRAINING experience. His roots stem from being a competitive high school athlete to a member of the nationally #12 ranked Rutgers Football program from 2002-2006. Brandon and his staff bring the same culture changing, detail focused training to get the most out of teams physically while inspiring them to come together as one unit to accomplish their team goals.

Is the class suitable for beginners or those without prior training?
Absolutely! Our speed and agility classes are designed to cater to a range of skill levels, from beginners to more advanced athletes. Every participant is given individual attention to ensure they're progressing at a pace comfortable for them
Safety is our top priority. Our coaches are trained in first aid and injury prevention. Additionally, all drills and exercises are tailored to accommodate different skill levels and are supervised closely to ensure correct form and technique.
